We’re Looking for a Brand Designer Who Thinks Beyond Aesthetics

Full-time

Hybrid

You see brands as more than logos or color palettes — they’re living systems, built with purpose and driven by story. You're obsessed with how a brand feels across every touchpoint, from the first glance to the lasting impression. If you love turning strategy into visual identity that moves people — let’s talk.

About the Role

As a Brand Designer, you’ll shape the visual language of startups, products, and platforms that matter. You’ll own the identity process — from naming and strategy to visuals and guidelines. You’ll work closely with strategists, product designers, and developers to craft brands that aren’t just beautiful, but bold, intentional, and alive in every execution.

Whether it’s defining a new brand from scratch or evolving an existing identity to match its next chapter, you’ll help our clients stand out — and stand for something.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identity Design
Create visual identities that are built to scale: logos, typography systems, color palettes, and more. You’ll make brands that feel distinct and cohesive across web, print, and product.

Brand Systems
Design modular systems that bring consistency without killing creativity — from grid systems and layout principles to iconography and illustration guidelines.

Strategy into Design
Work from brand strategy and naming to build visual worlds that reflect core values, tone of voice, and audience expectations. Make the abstract visible.

Brand Guidelines
Craft brandbooks and design documentation that empower teams to use the brand with confidence, consistency, and clarity — internally and externally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with copywriters, product designers, and developers to bring brands to life across websites, campaigns, products, and launch materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–6 years experience in brand identity or visual design

  • A strong portfolio that shows systems thinking and range — not just one-off beauty

  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

  • Experience building brand guidelines and assets for internal and external teams

  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; bonus for motion (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)

  • Bonus if you’ve worked on naming, brand strategy, or verbal identity

Who You Are

You design with purpose — never just to “make it look good”
You care about details, but you think in systems
You ask the right questions before jumping into design
You can present and explain your work clearly, with thought and rationale
You thrive in feedback loops and collaborative processes
You believe branding can shape not just perception — but behavior

What We Offer

  • The chance to work with ambitious brands and startups across industries

  • Creative freedom with strategic rigor — we believe great work comes from both

  • Remote-first team, flexible hours, no micromanagement

  • Competitive compensation, tools, and growth opportunities

  • A collaborative culture that respects craft and challenges convention
