About the Role
You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team that blends design, product thinking, and engineering. Your mission? To bring bold ideas to life — beautifully, reliably, and scalably. Whether we’re launching a new product, refining an existing platform, or experimenting with new tech, you’ll play a key role from day one.
We’re not interested in code for code’s sake. Every line should serve the user, support the brand, and scale with intention.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Development
Turn design systems and prototypes into clean, performant code — across web, mobile, or app interfaces depending on the project.
Collaboration & Ideation
Work closely with designers, strategists, and other developers to solve problems creatively. We value input from all disciplines.
Component Systems & Architecture
Contribute to (and sometimes lead) building reusable components, scalable architecture, and modular systems that are easy to maintain and grow.
Performance & Accessibility
Ensure what we build is not only fast and responsive — but inclusive and accessible by default.
Quality & Testing
Own the quality of your code. Implement testing, review PRs, and continuously look for ways to make our codebase more resilient.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years experience as a front-end, back-end, or full-stack developer
Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (React or Vue preferred)
Comfort with version control (Git), component libraries, and modular architecture
Strong understanding of API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
Bonus if you’ve worked with headless CMSs, JAMstack, or animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, etc.)
Bonus²: You’ve dabbled in AI tooling, 3D frameworks, or WebGL? We love that.
