About the Role
You’ll own the digital strategy from idea to execution. That means diving deep into data, understanding user behavior, and building campaigns that perform across platforms. Your work won’t just be about impressions — it’ll be about growing brands, solving real problems, and delivering measurable results.
This role lives at the intersection of content, performance, and product. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to build campaigns that don’t just look good — they convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns across search, social, email, and beyond. Define objectives, target audiences, and performance KPIs.
Performance Marketing
Own paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), manage budgets, run experiments, and constantly optimize for ROI and CPL.
Content Collaboration
Work closely with creatives to shape content that’s on-brand and on-target. You’ll bring data; they’ll bring storytelling.
SEO & Analytics
Ensure on-page and technical SEO are in top shape. Set up tracking, build dashboards, and present insights that lead to action.
Lifecycle & CRM
Coordinate nurture campaigns, automated sequences, and retargeting to keep leads warm and engaged across the funnel.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
Solid grasp of paid media, organic growth, and customer journeys
Comfortable in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
Analytical mindset — you can tell a story with numbers and back up your ideas with real data
Understanding of brand and creative strategy — you know good copy and design when you see it
Bonus: experience in B2B, SaaS, or working closely with product teams
