We’re Looking for a Thoughtful UI/UX Designer to Shape Meaningful Products

About the Role

This isn’t your typical UI/UX gig. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, asks the right questions, and makes complex ideas simple, elegant, and human. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience across multiple platforms — from early discovery and strategy to polished, developer-ready designs.

You’ll work alongside strategists, developers, and founders — people who value thoughtfulness, clarity, and clean execution. The goal? Build experiences that feel invisible when they work, and unforgettable when they shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is hands-on, strategic, and collaborative. Here’s a snapshot:

Design with Intent
You’ll translate goals, research, and constraints into intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. You think in systems, not screens.

Shape the User Journey
From onboarding to core interactions, you’ll craft seamless paths that guide users and support business outcomes.

Prototype and Test
You’ll bring ideas to life in Figma, Framer, or similar tools — not just for show, but to gather feedback and iterate quickly.

Own the Design System
You’ll evolve our component library and ensure consistency across platforms, working closely with dev to build something scalable.

Collaborate Across Disciplines
You’ll partner with engineers, product managers, and brand designers — all working toward a shared vision.

What We’re Looking For

You might not check every box, and that’s okay. Here’s what we value:

• 2–5 years experience in product or UX design, ideally for SaaS, apps, or digital platforms

• A portfolio that shows not just polished UIs, but your thinking and process behind the work

• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility best practices

• Strong visual design skills — typography, hierarchy, spacing, and color

• Expert in Figma (including components, auto layout, and prototyping)

• Bonus: familiarity with front-end logic, motion/interaction design, or user testing methods
